Limited to 100 families, Total Care patients are given direct access to Dr. Phelan via private cell phone, pager, and/or e-mail 24 hours per day. These patients also enjoy unparalleled access to our services. The retainer service is designed for patients who desire more traditional office access.

SERVICES
  • Comprehensive annual physical exam.
  • All-inclusive office visits.
  • Coordinated pharmacy refill and active prescription management.
  • Same-day appointments for acute injury or illness.
  • Four to six weeks prior to international travel, we'll meet with you in the office, review recommended immunizations and administer those deemed necessary.
  • Upon request, you will be supplied with a CD or USB device with your pertinent medical records and medication list, insuring a high degree of medical continuity and security while traveling.
  • Office procedures (laceration repair, immunizations, therapeutic injections, EKGs, urinalysis, STAT strep and influenza testing, etc.).
  • Coordination of radiologic and laboratory testing.
  • Coordination of consultations from our network of specialists.
  • Dr. Phelan will coordinate traditional "house calls", as needed for your care.
  • All of the above listed services and procedures, if indicated, may be arranged at your office or at home.
  • This service is designed for patients and their families who desire to have a doctor that they know personally and someone who, in turn, knows them and their medical history.

IT IS SUGGESTED...

that you arrange an appointment with our office to discuss the details of this program. We also request that patients reside within 10 miles of our office. Patients who reside outside of this radius may be accepted to the program on a case-by-case basis. This portion of the practice is limited to a select number of patients. Patients pay a monthly fixed fee for this access.
